Under Government Policy, 56, 000 pilgrims will perform Hajj under the current government Hajj scheme while more than 87,000 Muslims will perform Hajj under private scheme. According to resources government scheme package is allocating by Rs 2, 95, 000.

According to the information, Special Executive Hajj expenditures for 2014 are as follows:

For Accommodation at ZamZam Tower in Makkah & Anwar Al Madina on BB Basis for double bed (per person) total cost in Pakistani Currency is Rs.6, 00,000/-, for triple bed (per person) in Pakistan currency is Rs. 5,45,000/- & for four bed (per person) Pakistani currency total cost is Rs. 520,000/-.

Minister informed has said while talking to media that Karachi, Quetta and Sukkur pilgrims will have to spend 262000 while those belonging to Islamabad, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan and Sialkot will have to pay 272000 Pakistani rupees for Hajj.

All expenditures of Hujjaj including Residence and banquet facilities would be spent from package money, but additional charges of SR 500 would be applicable for Kurbani purpose.

According to information government will provide 10,000 pilgrims with state facilities under two separate packages while arrangements for 91,758 pilgrims will be made under private agreements. In case of private arrangements pilgrims must pay Tk 295,776, the minimum cost of the second package.

PMMeeting held between PM Nawaz & Interior Minister Ch Nisar today. Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif met to Interior Minister Ch Nisar in Islamabad today.

During meeting talks with Talibans and situation after attack on Hamid Mir was discussed. At a meeting in Islamabad, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has briefed PM Nawaz on the negotiations relating to Talibans.

It was informed to PM that the talks are going in the right direction. The situation created after the attack on Hamid Mir was also considered in meeting.

Traffic mishap in Sadiqabad, 5 killed & 15 injured

traffic mishapTraffic mishap in Sadiqabad, 5 killed & 15 injured. Passenger van collided with a trailer in Sadiqabad as a result of which 5 people killed and other 15 were sustained injuries.

According to resources, a speedy van was collided with trailer at Safdar the areas of Sanjarpur in Sadiqabad, after which 5 people were killed on the spot while other 15 were wounded

. All injured persons have been shifted to DHQ where they receiving medical aid. Several injured people are still in critical condition doctors told.

First phase of 3G & 4G auction completed

4GFirst phase of 3G & 4G auction completed. The first phase of 3G and 4G spectrum auction has been completed. According to PTA Chairman Doctor Ismail Shah, bid of $885 millions has received and offers are greater than basic price.

Doctor Ismail Shah has told in shorts regarding the first phase of auction of 3G that 21MHz bid is underway, the blocks of 5MHz and 10MHz has made, however all companies has announced their bids.

LPG price slashed by Rs 10 per Kg

LPGLPG price slashed by Rs 10 per Kg.  Marketing companies has announced to reduce LPG prices by Rs.10 per Kg. Domestic and commercial cylinder prices are reduced by Rs.100 and Rs.350 respectively.

In recent fiscal year, Local gas production will increase to 500 tones. LPG distributers told that prices will further reduce from 1st May.  The LPG prices have decreased by Rs.10 per Kg after increase in production and decrease in demand.

Chairman LPG Distributers Association Irfan Khokhar has said that in result of government well policy, the prices will further reduce in current year and production of LPG will increase by 500 tons. He added that now LPG will cheaper by 50% than gasoline and diesel.

Syrian air force strikeSyrian air force bombing kills 90 civilians in Aleppo. 90 civilians including 19 kids and 10 women were killed during Syrian air force bombing in Aleppo, while many others were wounded plus many buildings were also destroyed.

According to foreign news agency, in result of bombing in Southern region Aleppo 90 people killed and dozens were wounded. Government troops were attacking several buildings in rubble.The death toll has reached to more than 1lac & 50,000 during the war in Syria.

The bloody conflict in Syria was begun in March 2011 after peaceful demonstrations against the government. On other hand resources told that US has got such information according to which it seems that chemical weapons have been used during civil war in Syria.

According to US state department, research is being continued that who is responsible for the use of these chemical weapons into insurgent-controlled territory. Recently, the company puts ban on chemical weapons had announced that 80 percent of Syria’s chemical weapons have been either removed or destroyed.

5 more killed during worst violence in Karachi

Karachi violenceFive more people were killed during violence in Karachi. According to police, 2 dead bodies have found near Pak Colony in Karachi, while another dead body was found from Lasbela Bridge which was killed by tortured.

Deceased were shifted to hospital, however their identities yet not ascertained. Other firing incidents were occurred in Manghopir and in Liaquatabad in which two persons shot dead respectively.

Abdullah Abdullah elected as new Afghan President

AbdullahAbdullah Abdullah elected as new Afghan President. Afghan people have elected Abdullah Abdullah as new President of Afghanistan, the official announcement will be tomorrow.

The Afghan Independent Election Commission spokesman Noor Mohammad has said while talking to media on Tuesday that 93% vote counting was completed, from which Presidential candidate Abdullah Abdullah is getting lead, He won 49.67 percent of votes till now.

He further said that other votes counting is in process and 2nd phase of elections will be held if the winning candidate fails to get more than 50 percent vetoes. On other hand Afghan Media has claimed that Abdullah Abdullah has got 50 percent votes and now just has to be declared.

Asif Zardari congratulated Altaf on joining Sindh government

Asif ZardariAsif Zardari congratulated Altaf on joining Sindh government. Former president and Pakistan People’s Party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has called to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain in London and congratulated him on joining Sindh government.

Altaf Hussain has also greeted to Zardari on reconciliation between both parties. Both leaders has made consensus to resolve public problems, and both will work together to stable peace across Sindh including Karachi.
