   ASALAM O ALAIKUM

   I am intereseted to purchase a 10 marla house in University Town. But I m confused about the prices and the procedure.

   As the Total Price is Rs. 680,000/- and the Down Payment will be made Rs. 280,000/- and the remaining will be paid in 20 installments. But if I pay Rs. 200,000/- per month in installments, than the total price of the house will exceed Rs. 680,000/-. Kindly confirm me the total price as the said price is not right one.

   Kindly update the given information and inform me about the Actual Price, Down Payment and Monthly installments and other than this, tell me all the procedure of purchasing house in University Town.

   Total Price of 10 marla university town plot and house is Rs. 68,00,000 (wrongly written as 680,000 on this web page). Rs 28,00,000 is downpayment and 20 installments of Rs.200,000 each.

    Aoa !
    I am an employee of Pakistan state oil (PSO) compnay. have been transferred from lahore to faisalabad. I am looking for an accomodation for two. Both bachelors. We go to work at 8:30 in the morning and come back at 7 in the evening. Currently im living in muslim town but the house is too big and costly and above all, we have been a victim of burglary. I find university town very safe and a neat locality. If anyone is interested in renting out a portion or is willing to accept paying guests, I would be more than happy.
